Subscriptions - New Homes for Sale
Features
Builders have the ability to have their individual listings duplicated in both of the For Sale & New Homes for Sale.
Note builders are encouraged to use actual images rather than artist impressions as actual images have a much higher click through rate of interaction.
You are entitled to 5 “FREE” Feature Credits per month
Unlimited listings which are duplicated in the Buy and Build sections.
Benefits
Duplicates listings into both databases which will generate direct enquiry via email and phone leads.
Highly qualified leads – enquires have searched by location and price to find listing.
Listing will receive emails from consumers who have registered for email alerts
Additional services can be charged to clients by property marketers (for example Feature Properties , E-Brochures)
Feature listing drive approximately 4 time* the volume of pages view as standard listings.
Where does it list?
- Residential Home Sales (Buy)
- New Homes for Sale (Build)
Restriction & Rules
- No Multi listings – this is listing the same property into several different suburbs
- Must be advertising a physical property – not speculating (off the plan accepted)
- An image must be used as their main image, not a logo (they can of course you an artists impression)
- Maximum of 5 listings per project
Note: E brochures must be purchased via the Buy listing – E Brochures cannot be access via New Homes for Sale.
Reporting
Reporting is available to the client through agent admin. Comprehensive reporting available in real time. Examples of reports available include:
- Individual property visits
- Number of email enquiries
- Number of visits to other properties in the same suburb
- Number of listing in the same suburb
