Features

Developer platinum subscriptions give you unlimited standard listings in the Residential Homes for Sale (Buy), Residential Land for Sale (Build) or Residential Rentals (Rent) of our site.

Developers should list no more than 5 properties with the same project i.e. 20 listings on the site maybe spread across 4 current projects. It is detrimental to user experience to see a huge number of listings for one developer, as it may suggest the developer is struggling to sell and has to much stock.

You are entitled to 5 “FREE” Feature Credits per month (see Feature Property for more details)

Developer Platinum represents excellent value.

  • Primary source of highly qualified leads – as enquires have searched by location and price to find listing
  • Listing will receive emails from consumers who have registered for email alerts
  • Additional services can be charged to clients by property marketers (for example Feature Properties , E-Brochures)

Feature Property listings drive approximately 4 times* the volume of page views as standard listings as they appear at the top of listing results.

Where does it enable you to list?

  • Residential Homes Sales (Buy)
  • Residential Land Sales (Buy)
  • Residential Rentals (Rental)

Restrictions & Rules

  • No Multi listings – this listing is the same property into several different suburbs
  • Must be advertising a physical property – not speculating (off the plan accepted)
  • Must use an image as the main image, not a logo (artists impressions are allowed)
  • Maximum of 5 listings per project

Reporting

Comprehensive reporting is available to the client through agent admin. Agent admin is [need to explain what Agent admin is]. Examples of the reports available include:

  • Individual property visits
  • Number of email enquiries
  • Number of visits to other properties in the same suburb
  • Number of listing in the same suburb

Feature All Options

The "feature all" package is available with the developer platinum account on a three, six or twelve month contract.
